Some are needed for the site to work and to protect it from automated traffic, such as __cf_bm, set by our website’s security provider (Cloudflare) for about 30 minutes. Others measure how visitors find and use the site: Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager (_ga and _ga_ZYKP4WET2P, set to last up to 2 years; some browsers shorten this), and our website platform’s own visitor measure (msgsndr_id, set to last up to one year, plus similar browser storage used by the platform). When you first visit, a notice lets you accept all cookies or only the essential ones. If you choose essential only, Google Analytics does not run, though our platform’s own visitor measure still does. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of our website and blog pages; the notice then appears again. When you book a Clarity Call or complete a form, the analytics id from your visit may be saved with your contact record, so we can see which pages led you to us. We may then send Google Analytics a “booked” or “paid” note tied only to that id, never your name, email or phone number. We use this only to learn which pages help leaders; we do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it. This data is held by Google, by our website and contact platform (HighLevel), and by our website’s security provider. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months from a visitor’s last activity; the id stays on your contact record while you remain a contact.
