Programs & Services: Build Culture. Transform Leadership. Create Lasting Impact.

At IEXDG, we turn leadership intentions into measurable culture change, so your teams don't just talk about improvement, they experience it. We're not in the business of selling sunshine or doom. We help you navigate reality, cross the challenges, and emerge stronger, together.

Twenty-nine years of practitioner experience across education, corporate and government, with education as the foundation.

Why Traditional Leadership Training Fails

Emotional

What people feel and will not put in a survey.

Cultural

What the organization rewards, tolerates and repeats.

Data driven

What the numbers do when nobody is narrating.

We are not selling sunshine.

We are not selling doom and gloom either. What we offer is navigating the journey.

Our proprietary 6-pillar framework attacks root dysfunction:

Your message lands differently than you sent it.

Communication. Are people heard, and does the stated message match what teams actually experience?

People show up and stay strangers.

Connection. Do people belong, and is the relational infrastructure trusted?

Every decision needs three departments and six weeks.

Collaboration. Can people work across silos without the friction becoming the story?

Leaders ask for what they do not model.

Captaincy. Do leaders model what they expect of everyone else?

It is safe to agree and expensive to disagree.

Culture. Does the environment sustain psychological safety and high performance at the same time?

Your leaders were promoted for skills the job no longer needs.

Competence. Are leaders equipped with the skills leadership actually requires today?

Five ways in, not one. You start at the level your challenge requires:

  • Executive advisory (individuals or executive teams)

  • Diagnostics and culture scans

  • Keynotes, workshops, retreats, and team interventions

  • Short, focused 30, 60, or 90-day engagements

  • Full 9 to 12 month Integrated Leadership and Culture Partnership or a simple workshop

We serve education, government, and corporate organizations. Most of our clients are public sector leaders, but our approach scales across all sectors and organization sizes. The phases can be used individually or together, so the work meets you where the challenge sits.

What Makes IEXDG Different

Change at IEXDG is measured, not assumed. Results and impact, for your leaders and your teams together. This is a shared journey, not an assessment done to your leadership. The gap we measure sits between what leadership believes it is creating and what teams actually experience, so neither side can close it alone and neither side is the subject.

Worked example. A 250 person organization, average salary $85,000, turnover at 14 percent. The Culture Gap Cost Calculator returns an annual gap cost of $303,600. Every line of that traces to a figure you typed in, which is why you can carry it into a finance conversation and answer the only question that matters there, which is where the number came from.

What the twelve months produce, on both sides.

Expect:

  • A measured baseline your leaders and your teams can both see.

  • A set of named commitments carried by a role rather than a person, with dates.

  • And a record of whether each one moved, held or stalled, and for which of six recorded reasons.

  • Progress the whole group reads together rather than something reported about them.

  • Sustainable, people-first transformation

We respect client confidentiality. When clients choose to share their results publicly, you'll see them here, with the story, the outcome, and how it was measured.

Our Process

  • Diagnose: Mixed-method scan to find misalignment.

  • Align: Targeted, evidence-based interventions and leadership development.

  • Transform: Monitor, report, and embed practices for real, sustainable change.

Pricing Transparency:

Diagnostics start at $7,500. Integrated partnerships typically start at $38,000. Each scope is tailored to your leaders, teams, and organizational needs.

Build Your Culture Code™

It is beyond consulting. We do not just implement strategies. We help you decode the cultural, the emotional and the data driven forces shaping your organization.

Culture

Crafting shared values that drive behavior

Connection & Collaboration

Building trust and effective teamwork

Communication & Captaincy

Enhancing leadership influence

Competence

Developing skills that deliver results

Our core framework, The Effective Leadership Culture Code®, equips leadership teams with a 6-pillar strategy for building sustainable, people-first culture. This “North Star” framework addresses the root of dysfunction: rebuilding communication, connection, collaboration, captaincy (influence), culture, and competence.

This particular program, Build Your Culture Code™, is your comprehensive implementation track. We begin with a diagnostic, define leadership behaviors, and align communication protocols with your mission.

Who It’s For: Executive teams facing cultural disconnects, school systems seeking cohesion across campuses, and government departments needing to align fragmented leadership models.

Leadership Reset Sprint™

Assessment

Identify hidden pain points and barriers to success

Facilitation

Guide solution-focused conversations that build trust

Alignment

Reset expectations and establish new working agreements

Momentum

Implement practical tools to sustain positive change

When tension is high and morale is low, this short-term intervention helps teams break through dysfunction and restore momentum. Our sprint-based approach assesses hidden pain points, facilitates solution-focused conversations, and resets expectations across the leadership team.

Who It’s For: Departments experiencing burnout or high turnover, leadership teams facing misalignment, and school-based teams preparing for transitions or post-crisis reengagement.

No one is graded.

The scan measures the gap between what leadership believes it is creating and what teams experience. It does not rank a person.

A number and a quote, never one without the other.

Every finding arrives with a figure and the words that produced it, so a number can always be traced back to something somebody said.

Silent below ten stalls.

Under ten responses the method reports nothing rather than guessing. Too few voices is a reason to stay quiet, not a reason to estimate.

Prints what it could not classify.

Anything the method cannot place is shown to you rather than dropped. The leftovers are part of the finding.

FAQ

Can we start with a single workshop or keynote?

Yes. You can start with a keynote, a workshop, a diagnostic, or a focused 30, 60 or 90 day engagement. You start at the level the challenge requires, and the phases can be used individually or together.

Do we have to commit to twelve months?

No. The full Integrated Leadership and Culture Partnership runs 9 to 12 months, but it is one of five ways in, not the only one. Shorter 30, 60 and 90 day engagements exist for exactly that reason.

How are individual leaders evaluated?

No one is graded. The scan measures conditions and progress, not people. Every finding carries a number and a quote, never one without the other, and progress is something the whole group reads together rather than something reported about them.

How do you measure whether anything changed?

Each engagement begins with a measured baseline. From there, named commitments are carried by a role rather than a person, with dates, and a record shows whether each one moved, held or stalled, and for which of six recorded reasons.
